Do you need technical assistance with your Zoom account?

Blue Forest Week 2021 is hosted on Zoom Events. Zoom Events is a new conferencing platform, so the process for registering and attending is different from joining a standard Zoom webinar.

To access the conference on Zoom Events, you must have a Zoom account with the desktop or mobile application installed. To view your tickets and access the event lobby, you must also be signed in with the same Zoom account as you registered with.

Here you can find instructions on how to join Zoom Events as an attendeehow to install Zoom, how to update Zoom to the latest version, and how to add Zoom Events sessions to your Outlook calendar.
